Eligibility for Refund

• Duplicate purchases of the same software.

• Refund requests are made within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are not applicable if the software is purchased, activated, and successfully used.
• Requests are denied if users refuse to cooperate with technical support or fail to provide required evidence (e.g., screenshots, videos, or problematic files).
• Software purchased at discounted rates or as part of toolkits (bundles) is non-refundable.

Process for Refund Request

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Remote Assistance & File Evaluation

• If required, users may need to provide remote access or upload problematic files for evaluation. A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be provided for confidentiality.
• Refunds are not applicable if users refuse to cooperate in this process.
