Step 1: Launch the Mac OLM Converter Tool
Download and install the SysInfoTools Mac OLM Converter Tool as an administrator.
Step 2: Select File/Folders
Choose the Select File or Select Folder option to add the OLM files and click Open.
Step 3: Preview File
Preview the OLM file and select all the Folders & Subfolders to convert. Click Next.
Step 4: Choose Save As
Now, select saving format as PST from the down list.
Step 5: Skip Duplicate Emails
After that, click on the Remove Duplicate button to remove duplicates based on To, From, Body, Subject, and Bcc.
Step 6: Apply Filters
Now, choose Save in Same Folder or Custom Folder Name for the resultant file based on your need.
Step 7: Backup Emails without Attachments
Click on the Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files option to save the resultant file without attachments.
Step 8: Split Resultant PST
If you want to split the size of the resultant PST file then, click on Split resultant PST file based on MB & GB.
Step 9: Apply Date Filter
Click on the Date Filter option to convert the emails from OLM files based on the Start Date & End Date.
Step 10: Specify Destination Path
Afterward, click on the Path To Save button to save the resultant file in your desired location.
Step 11: Convert OLM File
Click on the Convert button to convert the Mac OLM file into PST format.
Step 12: Conversion Completed
Finally, click on the OK button to complete the migration process of OLM to PST.
Step 4: Select Saving Format
Select Gmail as the Save As option from the drop-down list.
Step 5: Login Gmail
Now, enter your Email Address or Password option and click on the Sign In button.
Step 6: Skip Duplicate Emails
After that, click on the Remove Duplicate button to remove duplicates based on To, From, Body, Subject, and Bcc.
Step 7: Apply Filter
If you want to save all calendars & contacts on the desktop, then check this option.
Step 8: Backup Emails without Attachments
Click on the Migrtae or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files option to save the resultant file without attachments.
Step 9: Apply Date Filter
Click on the Date Filter option to convert the emails from OLM files based on the Start Date & End Date.
Step 10: Custom Folder Name
Now, click on Custom Folder Name and provide the folder name for the resultant file based on your need.
Step 11: Convert Option
Click on the Convert button to migrate OLM files into Gmail format.
Step 12: Complete Procedure
Finally, click on the OK button to complete the migration process of OLM to Gmail.
