Download the One Drive Migration Tool and install it on your system. Run the tool as an administrator.
In the opening wizard, choose the Single User or Impersonation option to start the tool. Click Next.
Now, choose the Business or Personal account type as per your One Drive account and click OK.
Next, you will be redirected to your browser. Enter your Microsoft ID and Password and click Sign In.
Once you click Sign In and the browser successfully authenticates your account, you will receive the following message. Close the tab and go back to the tool.
Further, expand the tree hierarchy to view all files and folders in your One Drive account. Double-click on any file/folder to view its properties. In addition, select the files/folders you want to migrate. Click Next.
Apply the Select Extension of File(s) filter on your files. Click the Add Extension button to insert file extensions like (.xls), (.pst), (.pdf), etc., to migrate only specific files.
Furthermore, choose the Select Date(s) filter option and click Add Date to provide a start date and end date to migrate files of that period only.
Subsequently, you can also choose these filter options (if required):
Allow Duplicate Files: Utilize this option to include the duplicate files for migration.
Skip Previous Migration: Select this option to avoid previously migrated files being migrated again.
This tool provides multiple options to export One Drive files, like One Drive, Google Drive, and Local Drive. Choose the One Drive option to back up One Drive data from one account into another One Drive account.
Afterward, again choose the type of account you want your data to be exported to and click the OK button.
Now, you will be again redirected to the browser. Sign in with different One Drive account credentials and return to the tool after authentication. You will be asked if you want to continue with the selected account. Click Yes.
Additionally, choose the destination in your other One Drive account to save the files of the initial account. Click Next./p>
At last, specify the name of the new folder for the resultant files in your other account. Click OK./p>
Moreover, you can also download the migration report by clicking the Download Report button. Click the Migrate Again button to restart the process.
Follow the steps from 1 to 9 as mentioned for One Drive to One Drive migration and then implement the below-mentioned steps:
Now, choose the Google Drive option from the drop-down list to export the One Drive file items.
Choose the Google Drive account you want to export files to and click OK. Ensure you are logged into your account on the browser.
Subsequently, choose the destination where you want to save your One Drive data and click Next.
Specify the name of the resultant folder to locate One Drive files easily in your Google Drive.
The migration process starts. Once it completes, click OK. you can check the status of your migrated files. Moreover, click the Download Report button to download reports in your system. Hit the Migrate Again button to restart the export process.
