SysinfoTools PST Recovery Software Guide

Step 1: Launch the PST Recovery Tool


Install and run the PST File Repair tool as an administrator on your computer (PC).

Step 2: Open Corrupt PST File


Select the Open button to add the corrupted or Damaged PST file into the software.

Step 3: Browse PST File


Click the Browse button from the pop-up tab and select the PST file from the system directory.

Step 4: Choose Recovery Mode


Select the Recovery Mode as per requirement from the drop-down.

Step 5: Start the Repair Process


Click on the Ok button to execute the process further.

Step 6: Scanning Process


The scanning process of the added PST file will start. After completion, click Ok.

Step 7: Preview the Repaired PST File


Here, you can preview the folders present in the recoverable PST files.

Step 8: Select the Corrupt PST File


Select the folders from the tree structure you want.

Step 9: Preview PST File Contents


Now you can also check the preview of all your mail items. Select the emails and check the preview in detail.

Step 10: Select Mailbox & Save


Select the mailbox folders and click on the Save button from the taskbar.

Step 11: Destination Path


Opt with the location to save the resultant output and click OK to proceed.

Step 12: Saving Format


Choose the saving option to save the resultant output in EML, DBX, MSG, PST, MBOX, and Archive file format. Here, we select the Save as PST option.

Step 13: Feature to Add PST to Outlook


Check these options, if required: Hierarchy starts without Top of personal Folder in MS Outlook and Attach PST File to MS Outlook.

Step 14: Date Range Filter


Select the Date Range feature to export the data between the specified date range.

Step 15: Start Saving Process


Click Ok to initiate the saving process of the Outlook PST file.

Step 16: Completion


Finally, you will find a pop-up displaying: Saving Process Completed. Click OK and take exit from the software.
