Steps to Update OAB Files
In Outlook 2007 and earlier version, go to Tools >> Send/Receive >> Download Address Book.
Then visit Send/ Receive tab >> Send/ Receive Groups >> Download Address Book in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Office 365 Outlook.
Steps to delete or Rename OAB Files
To get a fresh OAB file copy, rename the OAB files. For this, type the name with the .old extension. Now, follow the given steps below:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook(The folder Offline Address Book contains multiple subfolders named after the GUIDs account. If you have a lot of Exchange, configured accounts, a separate folder can be found for each account. A simple way of renaming the Offline Address Book Folder is by adding the extension to.old after the name.)
